Helping BBA move its messaging forward

As Ben Bronz Academy (BBA) began preparing for its transition from West Hartford to a larger campus in East Hartford, the school recognized the opportunity to strengthen how it communicated its mission, impact, and distinctive approach to special education. The move represents not only a new chapter for the Academy, but also a chance to reach a broader audience and build both awareness and enrollment.

At the time, BBA’s website did not fully reflect the school’s innovative educational model or the transformative outcomes achieved by its students. The site lacked the engagement and clarity needed to help visitors understand the Academy’s unique value and the critical role it plays in students’ academic and personal success. In addition, existing photos and videos were outdated and of low quality, failing to showcase the school’s modern learning environment and the accomplishments of its students.

We partnered with BBA to clarify and strengthen its brand positioning, including the development of a new tagline that better captured the Academy’s mission and impact. We then reorganized and redesigned the website to create a more compelling user experience and developed a new capabilities brochure to support outreach efforts. Together, these initiatives set the foundation for a comprehensive communications campaign designed to elevate awareness, strengthen engagement, and attract prospective students and families, referral sources, and philanthropic supporters.
